Oil on Archival Linen Panel 30 x 40 $8,000.00 USD Sold
Peonies, probably the most loved blooms out there. Everyone loves the intricate petals of soft colors. I will admit these have had me mesmerized for days. The largest painting of mine to-date and it really makes a statement! I can hardly wait to see if my own peonies bloom well this year. I'm not much of a gardener, so we shall see if I get lucky. Sincere thanks to the purchaser. She carried peonies in her wedding bouquet and had just the right wall for this large painting. It is still wet, safely set aside to dry before varnishing. It will be a pleasure to dress this one up with the frame before it is off to its forever home in San Francisco.
